The Recruitment Lot program is designed to identify and engage young coffee producers who want to transform their farms into thriving businesses in the specialty coffee market. Through the program, we set quality standards and organize cuppings hosted by partner producers across different regions, allowing us to reach more producers throughout the country. By assessing the quality and flavor of each lot, we're able to identify promising candidates for the program and connect them with support through the local Young Producer Association (YPA). This lot is a result of that process, and we're excited to share it with you!
